Hey there
And again, this Victoria is so versatile!!!
I had a bit of fun with her face – decided on mismatched buttons – one large, one small and with long eyelashes. I think she’s looking pretty good.

Victoria week continues. The classic Victoria doll.
I have used the most lovely pink and blue ticking print for these dolls. The hair is a cream boucle which I have cut into lengths, knotted into bunches and sewn around the seam line at the top of the head. Shoes are painted, varnished and trimmed with braid with a little buckle on the side to look like little buckle shoes.

Hey there.
I’ve been having a bit of a Victoria week. Here is the finished Victoria Baby. I love making this doll – she has the most beautiful lace. I’ve used 4 different trims – 3 are beautiful Guipere lace, and one is ricrac.

Hi there
I also can’t believe that it’s been 10 years since I first published a pattern – Mermaid Magic – and it’s still one of my most popular patterns, and one of my favourite dolls to make (and one of my best sellers at shows.)
