Delivery Timeframes
We will endeavour to deliver New Zealand orders within 3-5 days of receipt of your order if for any reason we cannot fill your order we will email you to let you know.
For overseas orders, our delivery timeframes are as follows:
Australia & South Pacific 3 to 10 working days
United Kingdom & Europe 5 to 10 working days
Problems with your Order
If your order is not to your satisfaction, please contact us atenquiries@redhendesigns.co.nz and please include an explanation of the problem you have with the order.
We will replace or credit any transit breakage. Any replacements are subject to stock availability. We will always keep you informed.
We do not offer refunds on patterns unless an error has been made or an item is defective.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your information with any other party. Credit card purchases are made through PayPal, so we do not store any of your credit card details.
Payment
We accept credit card payments through Paypal only. New Zealand residents may use bank deposit (on-line banking or bank deposit) into my bank account. These details will be emailed to you when you order from us.
Wholesale Orders
We welcome orders from retailers who would like to stock my designs. Please note that minimum quantities will apply. Please contact me for more details.
